This policy explains how we process, handle, and ship orders, providing transparency for our customers.

1.Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended, but we will keep you informed.

We currently ship to: United Kingdom
Shipping availability is always confirmed at checkout.
If shipping is unavailable to a destination, this will be indicated at checkout.

3. Shipping Times
After processing, orders are dispatched through our courier service.
Estimated shipping times (transit time, business days):
Order processing time: 1–3 business days
Estimated transit time: 3–7 business days
Total estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days

Europe: 3–7 business days
United States: 3–7 business days
United Kingdom & Ireland: 3–7 business days
Other international destinations: 3–14 business days

Important: These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors such as courier operations, customs procedures, public holidays or seasonal demand.
Inviteck does not guarantee exact delivery dates but works to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Many destinations qualify for free shipping, when available.
If charges apply, they are calculated automatically at checkout.
No additional fees will be charged after checkout.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available).
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the courier system.

6. Returns
Important: We do not accept in-person returns. All returns must be sent via a designated courier or drop-off point.

7. Duties, Taxes & Customs
VAT may be included where applicable. Any import duties, customs fees or local taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Inviteck is not liable for delays or additional charges resulting from customs procedures.

8. Shipping Issues
Incorrect Address: Accurate shipping information must be provided. Additional fees may apply for returned orders due to incorrect addresses.
Lost or Damaged Shipments: Please contact us with details and photos. A replacement or refund will be arranged based on availability

9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before processing begins. Once processing or shipping has started, cancellation is no longer possible. Returns can still be requested after delivery in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
