Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
An item is eligible for a refund if:

  • It complies with the conditions outlined in our Return Policy (unused, in original condition, with packaging intact)
  • The item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect
  • The return request is made within the applicable 30-day period
  • Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund

Refund Process

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed to confirm eligibility.
You will be notified by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Costs

The following costs are non-refundable:

  • Original shipping fees
  • Return shipping costs (unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect)
  • Customs duties or import taxes

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be applied in the following cases:

  • The item shows signs of use
  • Original packaging is missing or damaged
  • Components or parts are missing
  • The item is returned outside the 30-day period but accepted as an exception
  • Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
  • Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a dispute or chargeback.
  • If a chargeback is opened without prior contact, Inviteck reserves the right to provide relevant order documentation, delivery confirmation and communication records to the payment provider.

Delayed Refunds

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and the amount has not been received, please contact: support@inviteck.com

Return Policy

Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition, with all components included
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase is required
  • Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return Method

Important: We do not accept returns in person at our business address.
All returns must be sent via:

  • A courier service, or
  • A designated drop-off point

Return Shipping Costs
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Inviteck will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns due to change of mind or non-defective items, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

EU Consumer Cancellation Rights

If your order is shipped to a member state of the European Union, you may be entitled to exercise your statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation.

To be eligible for a return under this right, products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags intact, and in the original packaging.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item when exercising the 14-day withdrawal right.

Once the returned item has been received and approved, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Your Legal Consumer Rights

This Returns Policy is intended to complement, and not replace, any rights or protections available to consumers under applicable local laws. Nothing contained in this policy shall affect or restrict any statutory rights to which you may be entitled.
