Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving the item.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided

How to Return an Item

  • Important Notice: Returns cannot be delivered in person.
  • All returns must be sent via a courier service or a designated drop-off location.
  • Before returning any item, customers must contact us at support@inviteck.com to receive detailed return instructions, including the correct return address and shipping method.
  • Returns must be sent to our designated return facility. The return address will be provided after the request is approved.

Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Inviteck will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to personal preference or non-defective items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return requirements.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within up to 10 business days.
  • Please note that financial institutions may require additional time to process and reflect the refund.

Non-Refundable Costs

The following costs are non-refundable:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping costs paid by the customer (unless the item is defective)
  • Any customs duties or import taxes

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, a partial refund may be granted, including:

  • Items showing signs of use
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags
  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Returns requested after the 30-day period but accepted as an exception

Refund Status

  • After the inspection process, customers will receive an email confirmation regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since the refund was approved and the amount has not been received, please contact us at support@inviteck.com.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

  • Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
  • If a dispute is opened without prior contact, Inviteck reserves the right to provide order records, delivery confirmation, and communication history to the payment provider for review.
