For returns requested due to personal preference or change of mind, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
After the returned item arrives at our facility and passes inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be completed and reflected by your financial institution.
